WinterStorm Rock Weekender

Tickets and Packages 2022

As in previous years WinterStorm will put tickets on sale ahead of Christmas ahead of line up announcements and as ever the same ticket guaranteed applies with the Refund Guarantee being in place for two weeks after the line up reveal which is planned for Sunday 30th of January 2022. This means that if the line up is not to your taste we will refund your tickets less any booking fees applied.

Hopefully this clarifies the situation for anyone new to the process. We have said previously that we were uncomfortable selling tickets ahead of Christmas and without the line up but it was simply demand that drove us to do it in previous years and again this year.

Below are the details of the Advance Weekend and Storm Force Ten tickets which are now on sale. Due to not having the full room prices in place yet and the need to confirm that rolled over packages are required, the accommodation packages will now go on sale on Wednesday 15th December at 6pm. All previous hotel bookers will be sent the link at this time.

Service Fees

We have tried to hold the ticket prices as close to 2021 (2019 in reality) but have had to adjust the cost of the service fees (booking and postage etc) to realistically reflect the time and cost of servicing each ticket.

It is a 6% fee and includes card charges, transaction fees, equipment hire costs, postage and staffing. These fees will apply to tickets whether bought through our direct store or our third party ticketing providers Skiddle to ensure price equality.

  • Tickets purchased from our own Store will be sent out from the 14th of February and thereafter within a week of purchase.
  • Accommodation invoices will be sent out from the 14th of February with ticket and confirmation accommodation voucher on receipt of final balance
  • Storm Force 10 tickets will be sent out from the first week of October 2022
  • Any tickets purchased from Skiddle or any other third parties will be automatically issued with an e-ticket. Physical "tickets" will be available for the collector on arrival at the venue if required.
  • All tickets will be exchanged for Wrist Bands on arrival
  • Please note that after the 14th of February 2022 we are unable to offer refunds on tickets unless for circumstances impacting on the event itself.

Cancellations and Postponements

Full terms and conditions are available on the website but please note that, outwith the line up guarantee, tickets and accommodation payments are non refundable. The line up is unfortunately subject to changes beyond our control but equivalent and appropriate substitutions will be made where and when necessary. The ticket sold is for the event and not for a specific artiste and the cancellation and/or change of an artiste should not be seen as a reason for a refund. Tickets are sold on this clear understanding and we hope you understand.
