Syteria

2016 saw the popular trio The Amorettes fly the female rock flag and woke up the crowd on the Saturday. This year Syteria will we are sure do the very same on the Friday evening at WinterStorm

Featuring Jaxx from the legendary Girlschool and Keira of Straightshooter, Syteria are a four piece UK rock band formed in 2015 who released their first single the same year. In 2016, the band dropped their debut EP Wake Up. Melodic and catchy, they will easily have you nodding your head and tapping your feet, will raise your spirits, and put a feel-good smile on your face for a long time!

Syteria is Jackie (Guitar, Vocals), Julia (Vocals), Keira (Bass Guitar, Vocals) and Pablo (Drums, Vocals) and they are a band that incorporate rock and pop with punk energies whilst using the ancient Solfeggio scale of recording in 432hz instead of the standard 440hz to leave you feeling in tune with the Universe. (If you can explain that to us post it on Facebook will you!?)

Syteria's debut album, 'Rant-O-Bot', was released earlier in 2017, and is available from TuneCore, iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music and the usual local stores, or you can order a CD in a jewel case with a booklet containing lyrics and photos of the band directly from the band's official website at www.syteria.co.uk.

Jackie again, "I've been touring now with Girlschool, for 16 years, playing headline and support gigs with various Rock artists such as Motorhead, Saxon, Alice Cooper and Dio to name but a few and playing festivals all over the world including Wacken, Hellfest, Sweden Rock,Montreal MTL Festival, Hard Rock Hell . At this present time I have put together a lovely bunch of women called Syteria; we are based in Yorkshire and we are about to rock this planet - and Troon. So look out!"
